5K Everyday$25 per personOur 5K Everyday is a daily scheduled run lead by the knowledgeable guides of City Running Tours. This running tour will be led at a casual pace to suit all running levels. There will be stops along the way to take in the scenery and talk about the landscape. You will be responsible for your arrival to and departure from the meeting location Our 5K Everyday is offered everday except Mondays. All runs begin at Cloud Gate(The Bean) in Millennium Park. All runs require sign up by 5 am on the morning of the run. Groups of 5 or more: Our personal guided running tour allows you to choose from one of our existing "FEATURE" routes or you can let us know how far you would like to run, what areas and sights you would like to see and we will customize a run based on that information. Your personal running guide will meet you at the location where you are staying to take you on your run. We will run at your pace, provide water and have a camera in case you feel like capturing the moment. At the completion of the run we will return you back where you are staying and you walk away with a souvenir goody bag that includes a CRT t-shirt as well as running and city related products. Create your own personal marathon by choosing 4 of our "FEATURE" routes to equal 26.2 miles. Do it all in 1 day, 4 days, or 4 visits. Your personal running guide will meet you at the location where you are staying to take you on your run. We will run at your pace, provide water and have a camera in case you feel like capturing the moment. THE JAMES HOTEL CITY RUNNING TOUR (4.28 Miles)$60 for the first runner/$50 for each additional runnerBeginning and ending at the James Hotel this route covers breathtaking scenery, hidden treasures, and spectacular architecture. The city sidewalks will lead right to the river path commonly referred to as "the cities front yard" where you will experience a rural atmosphere in an urban setting. Here you will see the most incredible view of the Chicago skyline. On the return to the James you will want to pause for a "catch your breath" moment and take a few snapshots of the scenery in front of you. This route will pass through the peaceful parks and take you back into the busy urban life of the city. > SIGN UP FOR YOUR RUN___________________________________________ FEATURED ROUTES:1) CITY IN A GARDEN RUN (5.62 Miles) Escape from the "busy-ness" of the urban jungle and experience Chicago as the "City in a Garden". We’ll take you on your cardio break and guide you along the paths that expose Chicago’s rural scenery. This route follows river, lakeshore, and park paths and includes areas where the buses, bikes, and sedgeways wont go. Youll see Chicago’s skyline from the "absolute" best location on land and well take your action photo with this incredible site as your awesome backdrop. With this route you have 2 options: Featured Sites: Tribune Tower / Magnificent Mile / Old Water Tower / Lincoln Park Zoo/ site of St. Valentines Day Massacre / Wrigley Field / an more4) DEVIL IN THE WHITE CITY/WORLD’S FAIR RUN* (8.1 Miles) Enjoy the winding paths and scenic beauty through the gorgeous parks where the 1893 World’s Columbia Exposition took place. Allow us to take you back in time to learn about the history of the Worlds Fair as well as the story of the diabolical deeds done by serial killer H.H.Holmes that inspired the book, "The Devil in the White City".
